Kitchen looked fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc we mainly used the kettle and toaster. Sofa bed seemed a bit tired, one of the toilet flushes was not working but luckily the other one was, one halogen light kept flickering in the bathroom and a light bulb was missing from one of the bedside lamps. It can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper as they are the original wooden windows but that didn’t bother us. Parking permit is a bonus and the car park is just under 10 mins walk uphill depending how fast you walk. I think if I were to stay longer it would have been good to have a clothes horse if I did any washing as there is no tumble dryer or place to air. Lovely little welcome hamper which included Dorset Tea and coffee, flapjacks, cookies and milk in the fridge - nice to have a cuppa after a long day of travelling. We were a family of four (children 6 and 11)and would stay here again This is top floor flat so just bear in mind - but was fine for us. Key collection and drop off was simple as well, key safe for collection and post it in the cottage office letterbox. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

A bit noisy from the road but nothing earplugs wouldn’t solve. Would stay here again.

The apartment is well equipped and has ample room to move around in without that feeling of being cramped. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment throughout and felt that a good standard had been achieved in its overall presentation, Something else we were most pleased with was that after having stayed in apartment 3A some 3 months prior a minor point we had picked up on had been rectified, which is a sign that customers comments are picked up and acted upon however small . Finally I feel I must mention the friendly nature of the ladies working in the office at Lyme Regis , although our contact with them was minimal their customer relations were first class (with a warm , friendly smile) a credit to the company .
