The Penthouse offers spacious and well-equipped holiday accommodation for couples or larger family groups, offering amazing views over the town to the sea and the Jurassic coastline.  Located on the top floor, the apartment is served by a passenger lift and comes with two allocated secure off-road car spaces in the private car park.  The property is located in an elevated position to benefit from outstanding Sea Views, and is a short walk downhill to the promenade, beach and gardens.  Lyme Regis is a hilly location and extra time should be allowed for returning uphill to the apartment on foot.

Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent unesco Jurassic Coast, it's known as the pearl of Dorset and upon visiting, it's easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, it also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby.  Lyme Regis' sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for both children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location.  There are also vast amounts of festivals and events happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week which offers a week of fun, games, music and displays for all the family. Of course, there are also loads of smaller events happening as well!
