Nestled within a pocket of palm trees, this wonderful first-floor apartment is situated close to the picturesque River Lym. With all of the fantastic activities and amenities of Lyme Regis, Dorset, just a stone’s throw away, Hatchett Top Flat is perfect for two couples or a family looking to explore the Jurassic coast. Use the off-road parking provided before entering into this lovely little property, where a homely sitting/dining room produces a variety of places for you to recline, as well as a large wooden dining table perfect for a family meal, surrounded with seaside paintings and artwork. When you wish to create a heart-warming meal, a kitchen with black and white tiles and great amenities creates a space for the designated chef to enjoy cooking using local produce.
There are two bedrooms within this apartment, beginning with a double with a TV with large windows and another double that are both outfitted in grey tartan, as well as a large bathroom with white tiles where you can enjoy a relaxing soak amongst the bubbles. Outside there is a sitting area with a bench, a fantastic spot for outdoor breakfast or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. The town centre of Lyme Regis is within close distance of the property, with the wonderful River Lym running close by, offering countryside walks away from the town or a wonderful riverside walk into the town centre where you will be able to reach the wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants on offer.

It was clean and comfortable and had nice little seaside touches, and a shelf or two full of dvds to watch. The outdoor area has a lovely Mediterranean feel and the walk alongside the river towards the town and beach is beautiful. We hope to come and stay again.

Love the flat and its location. Perfect base for our week at the seaside. Very likely to return for our third stay.

Sykes never got back to me from last March 2023 when we had a problem with the Key safe code (you gave us the wrong code number) and Iâm still awaiting a reply from you from last week regarding the TV not working and the damp walls in the bedrooms, in the end we had to go to the local Lyme Bay Holidays and speak to a âpersonâ who were very helpful
