Minor suggestions include some updates to décor, occasional maintenance, and clearer information regarding dog policies. Overall, the property offers a welcoming and comfortable base for exploring Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast.

Most guests found the property spotlessly clean and well maintained, with only a few minor comments about cobwebs, the need for a deeper clean, or some maintenance issues upstairs. Overall, cleanliness is a strong point.

The location is frequently described as peaceful, beautiful, and ideal for exploring Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast. Guests enjoy the private estate, sea views, and access to local walks, though a car is recommended due to distance from shops.

Guests consistently mention the spaciousness, comfortable beds, and suitability for multi-generational groups. The sunroom and garden add to the comfort, with only rare comments about dated décor or narrow beds when rearranged.

The house is praised for its well-equipped kitchen, hot tub, enclosed garden, and ample space. Some guests noted minor maintenance issues (e.g., hot tub not fully working, mould, or garden furniture needing attention), but overall facilities are highly rated.

The only drawback is the location is some way from the shops. And you do require a car!Otherwise it is very pleasant and peaceful. Also we did not expect to strip the beds and put the sheets into bags which is a housekeeping requirement!Apart from.that it is a peaceful location and 10.mins drive to the local towns on the coast.

Lovely size cottage and well stocked kitchen. Sum room was lovely. Hot tub well maintained. We enjoyed our stay there. However the maintenance could be better especially upstairs - there's mould around the windows, there appeared to be maybe damp on one wall in a bedroom. Gutters overflowing with leaves etc. Garden bench a bit sad looking. It's a lovely house, just needs some more TLC
