Seas The Day is a well-regarded apartment in Lyme Regis, praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the dedicated parking and secure setting. While some find the property and its facilities to be showing signs of wear, the majority of feedback highlights a positive experience with a few noting the thoughtful touches like welcome packs.

Most guests found the apartment to be clean and well-maintained, though there were isolated reports of dust and grime. The majority of reviews, however, commend the cleanliness, suggesting that the property is generally kept to a high standard.

The location is consistently praised for being ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The availability of parking is frequently mentioned as a significant benefit, contributing to the high rating in this category.

Guests generally find the apartment comfortable, with several positive comments about the beds and the warmth of the property. However, there are some remarks about uncomfortable furniture and lumpy mattresses, which slightly lower the score.

The facilities are well-received, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and secure parking. Nonetheless, there are criticisms regarding maintenance issues such as stiff showers, outdated TVs, and the need for fresher decor, indicating room for improvement.

Guests have noted thoughtful gestures such as welcome packs and prompt responses to requests for items like thinner duvets. While these gifts are appreciated, it is important to note that such amenities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Back gate to public gardens is added bonus.

Apartment is quite modern but a little tired here and there. Sofa needs cleaning, the arm chair is not very comfortable and the double bed and pillows are somewhat lumpy otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

Great location with parking right outside the apartment and feels very secure behind the electric gates. Not sure why its only listed to sleep 4 considering that there is also a pull out double sofa bed in the living room. The fridge doesn't seem to get as cold as I'd expect. Over the week, we threw away 3 bottles of milk that had turned to cheese before the best before date. The electric hob needs a sign on the wall or on the side of the microwave advising that the isolation switch is actually hidden behind microwave. We were about to call the maintenance number when we finally discovered why the hob wouldn't turn on. An extra key for the rear garden gate would have also been helpful as our party of 4 didn't all come and go at the same time. We would definitely come back again but as with many of the other holiday rentals in Lyme Regis, the prices are often quite ridiculous over the school holidays weeks.
