Offering wonderful views of the sea and famous Cobb and harbour, Tamarind Tree is a delightful, ground floor apartment situated just off Broad Street in a quiet position in the heart of Lyme Regis. It forms part of Sea Tree House, a Grade II listed Georgian house dating back over 200 years and with a fascinating heritage; Jane Austen probably stayed here in 1804 when she and some of her family visited Lyme. Furnished and decorated to a high standard the property is equipped with everything a couple or small family require for a relaxing holiday.
Lovingly restored by the current owners, the original character of the property has been retained and includes large sash windows and attractive features throughout which add to the feeling of historic charm and elegance.
The kitchen is fitted with all the necessities for a short break, whilst the traditional lounge features ample seating where you can sit back and relax with a book while enjoying the views. When it comes to nighttime, there is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, perfect for freshen uping. An additional child’s fold up bed can also be provided.
Ideally situated within easy walking distance of Lyme's beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants, Tamarind Tree Apartment is an excellent choice to enjoy a traditional, seaside holiday at any time of the year.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
