Weymouth Bay is only minutes away and provides fantastic conditions for kite surfing, wind surfing and sailing. For cycling devotees the property is in a fantastic location due to the new Olympic cycle paths. The Rodwell Trail is a mere 50 yards away.

the apartment was clean modern and had all the facilities that anyone could need, a lovely courtyard to sit and enjoy a drink and sunbath if you wish, 5 minutes from the beach 5 minutes from the town centre shops.the only issue is parking, there is a parking permit for one car but it is on the street with no guarantee of a parking space, we did find a position in our allocated zone and left it there all week, I would have liked the use of the car but without a guaranteed space the nearby carpark would have been very expensive.Had I known about the parking situation when booking (It just said a parking permit for one car was available) I would not have booked it, as we like to explore the surrounding areas

A delightful apartment. Has everything you need to make your holiday a wonderful experience. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, you do get a parking permit and we use the bus to get out and about. This was our fourth time staying in Little Gem and will definitely be going back.

This is a lovely apartment situated near the beach at Weymouth. Very well equipped and lovely touch with the table and two chairs so you can sit out in hot weather.Only downside was the parking. We found it difficult to get the on street parking to use the permit which meant a trip to the car park for 8am to pay for parking until we were going out.
