About this property

Our van is located just as you enter the site in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The area is quiet an only a couple of minutes from the main complex.

Our van is a 2025 Bordeaux 38ft x 12ft 3 bedroom van which has double glazing and gas central Heating.

The van has 2 decking areas

The front decking has a patio table with chairs for those relaxing evenings

The side decking has rattan furniture and a gate which can be closed to keep your little ones safe.

Relax in the Lounge with the 50" Smart TV

The Master Bedroom has a 32" Smart TV

The 2 single rooms has 24" Smart TV's

Fully Equipped Kitchen

You will be able to prepare you own meals in our kitchen which is complete with microwave, fridge freezer, Gas Cooker, Kettle Toaster and after meals the integrated dishwasher is idea for washing the dishes. We have all the crockery and utensils that you would need for your break away.

There is a dining table with seating for 4 people.

I x Double Bed with En-suite toilet and plenty of wardrobe and draw space for your clothes.

There is a bed-settee that converts into a double bed.

Behind the van is a grassed area where kids can play in a safe distance from the van.

Important Information

No EV Charging for the van this is not permitted at any Haven Site

No Smoking in the van. If you smoke outside please use the ashtrays provided.

No Pets allowed

We have no disabled access to the van, however you can park on the on pitch parking for one vehicle. You are not allowed to park on the grass with a 2nd Vehicle, however there is additional parking within 50ft of the Van.

Pillows and duvets are provided all we ask is you bring your own bed linen and towels. A travel cot can be provided by request.

Haven Play Passes are not included allowing you the flexibility to choose the on site facilities you wish to use.
