Delightful accommodation. Very quiet and rural. Comfortable, clean and lovely barn conversion. Suggest speaking with the owner ahead of arrival to avoid any misunderstanding about accessing the property.

3 adults stayed for a week at The Mill House. We had a great stay in July 2025. The Mill House was very well equipped with all that you would require for a week and more. Hairdryer, tv's in both bedrooms and downstairs plus wifi throughout. You can park the car at the door and it's very peaceful. You are out i the real countryside and with that comes the small, narrow roads- just take your time! The weather during our visit was extremely good. We were delighted to have 2 large fans to use as well as keeping the blinds closed to try to reduce the heat. We shopped in Ilminster for food supplies. The accommodation was a great base for visiting Somerset, Dorset, Devon and we also went to Cornwall. The host family who live in the house next door were lovely and always had time for a chat.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Mill House. The hosts are friendly and exceptionally helpful and kind and the accommodation is spacious with a high level of comfort and cleanliness. The area is rural yet within easy reach of main road networks and there are some truly superb places to visit, pubs and restaurants and many beautiful local walks. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue.
