Accommodation
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, a radio/CD player and plenty of crockery, glasses etc.
The comfortable dining area opens out through double-doors onto a large patio overlooking the village green; perfect for alfresco dining or a summer barbecue.
The cosy lounge boasts a log-burning stove and comfortable seating to curl up on, as well as HD Digital TV (including Digital Radio channels), DVD player, CD player, plus games and puzzles to keep you entertained if you need them.
The bedrooms are spacious, comprising one double room on the first floor (with a SuperKing size bed) and one twin/double room on the top floor. The twin beds can be linked to make a wonderfully wide double bed. The top room also contains a sofa that easily pulls out into guest bed providing ideal sleeping accommodation for children.
The main bathroom (with a shower over the bath, hand basin, bidet and WC) is on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a shower room with hand basin, WC, washing machine and drying facilities.
Wifi is available throughout the cottage.
Heating and electricity is included in the price. An initial supply of logs will be provided for the wood-burner in the cooler months. Further logs can be purchased locally.
All linen, towels and a small welcome pack are provided.

Great location but some intrusive road noise at times. Very well equipped and lovely and warm. Easy parking. Handy location for both village pubs which were both warm and friendly.

Absolutely beautiful cottage in the wonderful village of Exford. Lovely touches like fresh flowers and cake on arrival was most appreciated!! Perfect condition throughout and pet friendly, so our little well behaved cavachon dog was happy to settle down in her basket downstairs. An ideal location for anyone wanting to walk over Exmoor, or go to the coast.

Fantastic cottage in great location. Well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Oodles of hot water and efficient heating made for a warm stay, despite the weather. Great customer service from owner/manager of the property. Would recommend and look forward to staying there again.
