Robin's Brook in Porlock (Somerset) sleeps up to 4 guests in a quiet location, on a no-through road at the edge of the thriving village of Porlock, in the beautiful Exmoor National Park. It has a large enclosed garden just across the lane.
Accommodation
Downstairs there is a cosy lounge with an open fire. There is a separate dining room - we have had to board up the fire place in this room so it is out of action. There's a TV, DVD, lots of books and games for rainy days and lazy evenings in front of the fire. Both rooms have views across the combe. The kitchen is to the rear of the cottage and is equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge (with ice box), microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and washer-dryer. (Please note there isn't a separate freezer.)
Upstairs is the bathroom, comprising shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin. The two bedrooms are also upstairs, one double bed and one twin room, both have views to the front of the cottage and you can hear the stream running alongside the garden at the front.
Wifi, central heating and electricity are included. Coal and logs are available in Porlock. (We may be able to provide nets of logs for a small charge if you give us a week's notice.)
All bed linen, towels and tea towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take them outside the cottage on day trips.
Please note, there is no cot, stair gate, or highchair.

The front garden is beautiful. Very special and natural, secluded, peaceful. The whole valley/ Combe is glorious and we felt that we had the best possible experience of it at Robins Brook.
