Lodge 68 is a well-appointed, single-storey holiday lodge set near the coast in Brixham, one of Devon’s most characterful harbour towns. Ideal for couples, families, and friends, this inviting retreat offers spacious, contemporary interiors and a laid-back setting that suits both relaxed beach breaks and active coastal escapes.
Guests have access to on-site facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool (open 1 May to 20 September 2026, weather permitting), a bar and café serving a range of light bites and a fitness room where you can work out during your stay.
Inside, the lodge is thoughtfully designed around a sociable open-plan living space, fully equipped with modern conveniences for a comfortable stay. The kitchen provides everything needed for preparing family meals, while the dining area is perfect for long, easy evenings together. After a day exploring the coast, settle into the sitting area and enjoy the warmth of the electric fire, making the lodge just as appealing for winter breaks as it is in the summer months. The accommodation includes three welcoming bedrooms, furnished with luxury bedding and practical storage, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a shower over a full-size bath, complemented by complimentary toiletries and other considered touches such as USB sockets and a coffee machine, adding a little extra comfort to your stay. Outside, the lodge benefits from a private, enclosed, and gated decking area, offering peace of mind for parents with young children. Equipped with garden furniture, it provides a pleasant spot for alfresco meals or simply unwinding with a drink while enjoying the fresh Devon air. The lodge enjoys a prime coastal position, just a short walk from St Mary’s Bay beach and the South West Coast Path, with numerous pebbled coves and secluded bays waiting to be discovered. Berry Head Nature Reserve is also close by, offering exceptional coastal views, wildlife spotting, historic features, and the popular Guardhouse Café. Brixham’s bustling harbour, renowned seafood, and excellent range of shops, pubs, and restaurants are within easy reach, while the wider South Devon area offers plenty to explore.

Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region. A good mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages, where you are never far from the sea.
