Beaches along the way are highlights in their own right: Tresaith (6.5 miles) with its waterfall spilling onto the sand, secluded Mwnt (9.5 miles) with its sheltered bay and 14th-century chapel, and Poppit Sands (10.5 miles) with its golden sands and rolling dunes.
