Dual View, 1 Linden Court is a modern ground floor apartment situated in a central location in the historic fishing town of Brixham. The property is furnished to a high standard and offers amazing sea views, there’s even a pair of binoculars provided for you enjoyment. Positioned at the end of the block it benefits from additional windows including a full length side window overlooking the harbour and marina from the lounge. Internally, the property is equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing break. The living, kitchen and dining area is bright, open and offers breath-taking views of Brixham’s harbour and out to sea. Externally, the large balcony overlooking the harbour is ideal for al fresco dining. The allocated parking space gives easier access for you as its at the end of the line. The apartment is in an ideal location, just 5 minutes’ walk downhill to the centre of Brixham. Here you will find a delightful harbour to stroll along, a selection of shops, cafés and pubs as well as plenty of restaurants serving up the catch of the day! Several beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham, together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there is an array of attractions to fill your days including Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties. The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to May. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However, there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.

Nice little apartment . Best thing about this property is the stunning view and good to have a balcony . Well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillows. Not suitable if you struggle with mobility if you want to walk into the town. Nice town with some good eateries.

We had a wonderful weeks stay at Duel View, stunning views from the balcony especially during sunrise, apparent was clean, tidy and spacious with everything we needed, the recliner chairs being a nice bonus as I have spinal disability.Car parking was right outside our door and spacious, a rarity for Brixham.Bed was comfortable and plenty of room for clothing, a few essentials were left for us, the only neusense was the seagulls never seem to sleep but that's the seaside, and the area was peaceful,It was a short walk to the harbour but steep hill, met at bottom with everything you need.We would definitely love to book again in the future, and definitely recommend to others.

We loved our week here. Everything we needed was to hand, it was great to have the parking bay right by the door. We really enjoyed using the balcony with its amazing view of the harbour. The bed was very comfortable as was the sitting area. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you to Dale for helping us out!
