Dunlin is set on The Cove development, a unique collection of properties nestled in the South Devon countryside above Fishcombe Cove.
Dunlin enjoys excellent views across Battery Park and out to sea. The Cove is located above Fishcombe Cove near Brixham, a popular spot sheltered from the winds.
The apartment occupies an elevated position overlooking the wooded parkland to the east and is in a fabulous situation to enjoy the warming rays of the rising sun each morning. The signature full width decked balcony can be accessed from the living area and the main bedroom and is a wonderful vantage point from which to take in the beautiful surroundings. The windows to the rear pick up the light later in the day, as the rays descend over the National Trust woodlands nearby. It’s the perfect place to get closer to nature and enjoy time out.
Open up the patio doors and wander from the inside to the outside of the property effortlessly, and enjoy the peace and quiet by relaxing with a book or taking in all the action at sea. There’s always something going on in the area, as this is a much loved sheltered haven favoured by water sports enthusiasts and fishermen alike.
The Cove is a 10-minute stroll along the South West Coast Path from the shops, restaurants and harbour of Brixham. Further walks in the area are right on your doorstep, towards Torquay or Dartmouth wonderful for all.

Superb location within 20 minutes walk into Brixham. Must try the fresh fish from the harbour. Modern well equipped apartment with a large veranda and sea view. Had a relaxing stay in February and could not fault it.
