Excellent, beautiful scenery , helpful staff. We arrived much earlier and they call us hour later to inform that caravan is ready. Was clean and tidy. Lovely location , many walking paths to the sea and town. Walked to cove and we have seen seals in the water ! Will come back in the summer !

Not our first time in Brixham, but our first time at Brixham Holiday Park.Nice little park located just outside of Brixham, with access to some small sheltered coves.A short walk into Brixham.Reception staff were polite when checking in. A small shop supplying the essentials. Not much choice when we were there as it was the last few days of the site being open, but this wasn’t an issue for us.We booked the Gold 2 Bed caravan, which had a reserved parking space. The accommodation was what was shown in the images, the outside nearly identical (slightly smaller deck area).It was a warm and cozy caravan, well equipped kitchen with a tea towel provided, some toiletries in the bathroom, and a stepping out mat for the shower also provided. We also had some good views across Torbay.The Swimming Pool was nice, could have done with the sides being washed down at night as a little grubby, but a good size and never too busy.Me and my daughter played Pool in the clubhouse a couple of times, she had a Children’s meal to take away. Food looked good, reasonably priced.My only 2 issues would be that they allowed people to Vape indoors, and that dogs were allowed anywhere in the clubhouse (including in seats). I don’t mind dogs, but think that there are boundaries and not everyone wants to sit in a damp dog smelling chair.Other than that, a really nice park, in a good location. Will certainly keep this location on my list of places that I would consider returning to.Lots to do in the area in the day time, nights are a lot quieter.

I didn't end up with a caravan which I love, I had a chalet as they had double booked so I had to change.The chalet very clean but badly needs updating.The furniture is not comfortable and the colour scheme is very old hat.So my ratings are on the chalet.
