Lovely apartment, amazing views. The shared entrance needs attention, it smells really bad of dogs which is very off putting when you enter the building. On arriving at the apartment we could not get in as the lock was broke, the owner sorted this the next day. Having stayed in other self catering apartments in the area I expected a small supply of tea/cofffee and milk, there was none. Especially after a long journey it would have been nice to be able to make a drink without having to find a shop. Overall the apartment is nice, the decking just need abit of attention

The blown double glazed potion door and kitchen window . Apartment Door key a little stiff worried about key snapping. We are “slightly older” visitors also my wife has stability problems so hand rail in bath would make things easier. Views were great which overided the trick car parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Vista Apartments, last week. The place was extremely clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you could possibly need. The view from the balcony, which overlooked Goodrington Beach and Youngs Park, was amazing, especially with the weather being so good. The balcony had the sun from early morning until around 3pm. As an ageing couple, we liked the space of the apartment, which had been recently refurbished, but a young family of four would find plenty of room for their needs. You enter the apartment at road level, so there are no stairs to climb, which is a plus. The only downside, was the steep and narrow driveway to the carpark. On the upside, the gate at the bottom was only about 50 yards from a restaurant and a food and drinks kiosk, then a further 50 to the sandy beach. We would definitely like to stay there again.
