We booked a comfort plus hot tub number 33. We did not expect such a modern caravan it were very surprising, the fire is very handy, the rooms were clean and neat, the bed were comfy. The shower is very powerful and isn’t too small. The hot tub were relaxing and had lights despite the 8am-10.30pm time limit.Cons: It were a struggle to find the caravan as they are not in order and ours were out the way. I did not receive my key on the app for the entire stay although my partner received it the night we arrived. We had to call up to let us in which they arrived quickly and were very helpful. The oven was a hit/miss to cook food as it mostly turned out burned on the correct/ lower than stated on food gas marks. No oven gloves provided so i burned myself plenty of times. The hot tub did not seem to be cleaned throughout our stay despite them checking it. The water level dropped, wasn’t refilled and there were dirt around the filter collecting. The doors were very stiff to open and the bathroom had plastic on the wall bent out. Although these cons are very picky and for the price paid were expected.Overall it was a very good stay and i’d recommend for the price I paid

On arriving we didn’t get our access code on the app until 17.40 with nobody to ask, when we were going out we had no instructions on the app to lock the lodge door so I went next door site (Devon Hills)but reception was closed,So we had to stay on site, so we went to the on-site pub-restaurant we was told were supposed to book when asking for a table for two we looked around and it was empty so they gave us a table along the walkway very bland decor which matched the food and atmosphere,we didn’t return.would not return to soulless park either.
