This two bedroom apartment is set on the first floor of a semi-detached house in the residential area of Preston, in Paignton. The light and airy interior is well-appointed with quality furnishings and wooden floors throughout.
With garage parking for a small car and good public transport links, why not leave the car behind and explore to your heart’s content? Very comfortable and with everything you’ll need, after a busy day it’s a wonderful retreat for a night in front of the TV or playing a board game together. For those times when the kids need to let off steam, there’s a large garden they can run around in whilst you read the newspaper or write your postcards.
There are shops within walking distance for those all-important essentials as well as pubs and restaurants for an evening out. It’s less than a mile, level walk, from Preston Sands with its colourful beach huts, and Paignton Beach and a trip to the zoo also come highly recommended. Torbay, Dartmoor National Park and the English Riviera will leave you wanting more. We’re sure you’ll soon be planning your next visit.

Oldway Apartment was really nice perfect location for parking the car and catching public transport. The apartment was clean and provided most of the appliances you would find at home. Lots of information provided by Sarah prior to holiday so we could plan better. The only thing I could fault is the bottom shelf in bedroom which was a struggle to get round in the middle of night. Basket of goodies was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Holiday flat was good but not some of the cleanliness, my dad found rock hard chocolate behind settee covers and crumbs underneath when he was looking for my mum's knitting needle. Towels need a boil wash as they smelt like stagnant water/feet. Also the bedroom with the double bed has a shelf put in a stupid place so you hurt yourself trying to get to the other side of the bed. Also my mum was not happy with the parking arrangements as you can only park on road and she pacifically put in that she wanted onsite parking on the Hoseasons website. In summer I can image it would be hard to park. Neighbours also downstairs banged about a lot and kept waking us up.However the flat was comfortable and worth the money. If the problems listed above was addressed then it would be perfect.
