Platform 1 is a great place to stay, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed & everything we needed for a good stay . We loved the large sunny raised courtyard which was secure for our dog & we loved seeing the steam train pass by while sitting there & waving at the people on board. Fantastic location & quiet , we loved walking through the park almost opposite & down to the beach at Goodrington Sands. We hardly used our car walking on the coastal path to Paignton or in the other direction to Broadsands beach, all sandy beaches & dog friendly in most sections. The owners were friendly & have thought of everything & a great welcome package, thank you 😊 We would definitely stay again & recommend the property
