Serenity Sands is a lovely ground floor apartment situated in the seaside town of Goodrington. Renovated in 2020, the apartment is less than a minutes walk to the beach, and there are various restaurants and bars within a short walk. The spacious L-shaped open plan living space is flooded with light, and there is a 55" Smart TV for those cosy nights in. From here, a door leads to a conservatory with a seating area. The master bedroom has built-in storage, a TV and benefits from an en-suite bathroom, which has a modern freestanding slipper bath and rainfall power shower. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden and private parking for one car.
The area of Goodrington nestles between the neighbouring towns of Paignton, 1¾ miles, and Brixham, 3¾ miles. The harbourside town of Brixham is renowned for its fresh seafood and has plenty of pleasant walks, including Berry Head. Excellent location Property needs a couple of things repairing eg ceiling in dining room, pillows need replacing and heating is a problem.

Lovely place to stay and excellent location. Everything you could need in the apartment. Very good bus service, we hardly used the car.Only niggle was the small shower, found it a little bit difficult to get the heat correct while having to stand under it! Beautiful bath but not really useful for older people.
