Please be aware all facilities on the park will be closed between 2nd November 2019 and 27th March 2020.

In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.

Winter Check in from 4pm/Check out from 10am. Arrivals after 5.30pm can check in at the Hayloft Bar.

Hayloft Bar - Open daily 5.30pm-10pm. Restaurant food available in the Hayloft on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 5.30pm-9pm (last orders 8.45pm)

Shop - Monday, Friday & Saturday 9am-12pm & 3pm-6pm. Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am-1pm. Friday 17th December 9am-12pm only.

Please note, there will be a new lodge development taking place in a nearby field by Primley Meadow however this shouldn’t have any impact on your stay

We would like to make you aware of a temporary road closure on the usual recommended access route to and from Primely Meadow at Whitehill Country Park, that may affect your travel. South West Water will be carrying out essential maintenance works to Stoke Road, Paignton between the Yalberton Road and Long Road junctions, from Wednesday 6 May to Friday 8 May 2026. During this period, the Stoke Road will be closed daily between 9:00am and 3:30pm.

If feasible, we recommend planning your travel outside of these hours to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

A signed diversion route will be in place which we strongly recommend following. Please be aware that navigation apps may suggest alternative routes through narrow local lanes that are not suitable for larger vehicles, and for those unfamiliar with the area, these could feel quite challenging to drive. Diversion routes may be busier than usual, and local bus services could also be affected.

Detailed information about the exact route is not yet been published but we will endeavour to share any confirmed diversion details on our website whitehill-park.co.uk as soon as they are made available by the works contractor.
