Enter into the hallway and the open-plan living area sits to your right. Here, you will find a homely open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a door extending to your sun terrace. The sitting area boasts a plush sofa and a Smart Television, so you can unwind in comfort after the day’s adventures. Two recliner chairs are perfectly positioned to admire the glistening sea views beyond and you’ll find a corner table tucked to the right. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom one houses a sumptuous king-size bed, which can be made up as twin single beds on requests. It also has the convenience of an en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two hosts a comfortable double bed and boasts tranquil views across The Bay. The family shower room completes the apartment with a large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

At 1 Marina Court, you have access to a beautiful communal garden and of course, your sun drenched terrace. Offering plenty of spots to soak up the glistening seascape, which stretches from Torquay Harbour and Marina to Paignton, Brixham and beyond. Spend balmy summer evenings on your terrace as the sun sets and hues of pink and orange fill the sky. Steps lead from the terrace to the communal garden with a secret gate leading to the steps of The Royal Terrace Gardens. Follow this route down to the seafront and harbour where dozens of eateries can be discovered, just a short walk from the apartment.
