It is a stunningly well-presented two bedroom house occupying the east wing of a grand Victorian villa. The contemporary living space and stylish accommodation is arranged over three floors and both bedrooms are en-suite. The house is entirely private and benefits from covered parking right outside the front door and a large south facing sun terrace also a full size balcony from the lounge both offering spectacular views over Torre Abbey Sands and out to sea.
There is just a 5-minute walk to the harbour and Torquay’s town centre with its specialist shops, cafés and restaurants. Living Coasts, Torquay’s own marine park is nearby. Kent’s Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village and Bygones are a short drive or bus ride away. Torquay station is a short walk with fast trains into London, Exeter and the rest of England.
Inside, the house is furnished tastefully in a contemporary style and has high specification LED mood lighting in the kitchen and living room. The living area and first bedroom have floor to ceiling feature windows and enjoy spectacular views. Day or night, guests will be rewarded with unrivalled panoramic views from these striking vantage points.

The location offered excellent views of Torbay and is more suited to young fit people, due to the hill and steep steps up to the property. All the shops and amenities were located at a lower level to the property. The equipment was average as some worked properly and some didn’t. We couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the property.

Riviera Mews is really excellent. The location - overlooking the harbour and bay, offers incredibly stunning views across to Paignton, Brixham, and Berry Head. It makes it a very, very special place. The apartment overall feels very spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and warm.The spa bath, and lights, are something else!Makes you feel very pampered.We had a lovely holiday here, and even though the weather wasnt the best, the stunning views and spacious comfort in the apartment more than made up for it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riviera Mews. The view was exceptional and staying in April was a little quieter in the town and worth every penny. A walk down to the beach, food on the promenade, lovely walks close by, the setting was brilliant, and the decor and views from Riviera Mews are outstanding. We will definitely look to stay again.
