The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. The kitchen boiler enables you to set your own timing and heating temperatures. When it's time to retire for the night the blue and white double bedroom with king-size bed and comfortable mattress, helps you to a rejuvenating night's sleep. Please note that Rosa and 16A are both not entirely suitable for those with mobility issues since Torquay is built on 7 hills and in order to get amazing views, they are half way up one of the town centre hills.They both offer private driveway parking and those using their cars will not be troubled at all
