Enjoyed staying at the apartment with its stunning views over the marina and Torbay and very much. The description and photos of this apartment on the website are true and very accurate. The apartment is well presented with contemporary decor, luxury furniture and furnishings. However the position of the apartment is very high above the promenade and is accessed by either steps or steep road which may cause problems to people with mobility issues. Jane and Robert who manage the property helped us to settle in and made us very welcome.

The apartment was positively stunning, clean, beautifully presented with amazing sea views. A lot of thought had gone into everything from the quality decor to the special little touches. Having secure underground parking was a bonus. Can't rate this apartment high enough and hope to go back soon.

Have booked a few times now with Blue Chip Holidays and have never been disappointed....they are so professional and efficient....they make it so easy to book....completely hassle free....all the houses or apartments we have stayed in have been spotless with absolutely everything you would need.....just like being at home but with different surroundings....I have a lovely home and would certainly not consider staying anywhere which wasn't at least up to the same standard....and so far all the places I have stayed in have been beautifully decorated with good quality fixtures and fittings....We have no complaints whatsoever.....and certainly will book with Blue Chip again.... The apartment we have just come home from, C1 The Masts Torquay, was beautiful....great view, and as I have already said everything you need....just like home....so many places to visit....lots of lovely shops....so close to Exeter which was lovely....all in all a great break away!
