Savernake Forest, the New Forest, Cheddar Gorge, Stonehenge, Longleat, Stourhead Gardens, the historic city of Winchester, and the Roman spa and Georgian streets of the city of Bath are all within 1 hour’s drive. We had a wonderful much needed break,after tough couple of yrs ,the cottage had everything you could possibly need,was warm and cosy , comfortable beds , lovely large garden, would highly recommend
