Sympathetically converted and located next to the owners home, it retains much original character and has been furnished to a high standard. An ideal base for cycling or walking, and featuring its own 2-acre woodland walk. The Suffolk Heritage Coast at Aldeburgh is 10 miles. Snape Maltings Concert Hall is 5 miles. Also conveniently situated for rspb reserve at nearby Minsmere, Southwold and Walberswick. Shop 2 miles, pub ¼ mile.

A return visit after 7 years of absence.Expected some changes ie bed, bedding etc for larger comfortable one.The sitting room could also do with some comfortable furniture to sit on too.The Coach House is in a lovely spot but could really do with some updates on the comfort front. Therefore my recommendation would be a bit tongue in cheek.

Beautiful location. All you hear is birdsong and the wildlife. If you want a relaxed, peaceful and calm holiday. I would highly recommend. The accommodation is lovely. It has been renovated in keeping with it's original use and where possible original items have been retained.Just be aware that WiFi is a little bit on the slow side.

The property is very roomy. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real treat.It was lovely to hear and see the birds, rabbits, squirrel and deer. Definitely recommend a walk round the wood. We agree with other visitors comments about the size of the bed and duvet. And we can't understand why there's no WiFi in the property.
