Feel free to sprawl out in the open-plan lounge/dining room, with soft seating and a dining table, ideal for entertaining. Whip up delicious homemade meals in the generous kitchen, and let in some fresh air via the patio doors. For relaxing moments, head out into the garden beneath the sunshine, with a lawn for games and a summerhouse – perfect for an evening sundowner or some al fresco dining while the kids play on the grass.
The location of this home is unbeatable, situated 150 metres from Southwold’s lovely sandy beach, and pier whose attractions include shops, eateries and the ever-popular under-the-pier show. Take a peaceful stroll of a half mile into town to explore the many independent shops, boutiques and eateries or if you’re feeling adventurous, journey a little further and take a rowing boat ferry over the estuary to Walberswick – and don’t forget your buckets and lines on the way to the quay which is just over a mile away.
