The property boasts spacious rooms with comfortable king-sized beds and well-appointed en-suites. The kitchen is equipped for convenience, and the cottage's warmth is noted even without heating. Its proximity to Hay on Wye and scenic surroundings make it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and exploration.

The comfort of the property is consistently praised, with guests appreciating the large, comfortable beds and the overall cosiness of the cottage. The property's ability to remain cool during a heatwave is also noted.

Raymond Lovely
We were welcomed with Cake, which was delicious. The house is all on one level which was fantastic. The rooms are all a great size with a big king sized comfy bed in 3 rooms and 2 singles in the 4th bedroom. All the ensuite had a great layout with big walkin showers in all as well as a bath in bedroom 1. The kitchen is well equipped, but does need a cheese grater 😁, it even comes with an Airfryer and Slow cooker. The cottage is lovely and warm even without the heating on. Even though the advert stated no tv in the front living room, there is one, as well as a tv in each bedroom except the single bed room. The owners are lovely and came to check we were okay after an hour of arrival, asking if we needed to know anything. Hay on Wye is beautiful with plenty to do and your about an hour and half away from main cities like Cardiff, Shrewsbury and Half an hour from Hereford which is your closest town for main food shopping. There is a large Co-Op in Hay.

We had such a relaxing weekend here in this perfectly placed cottage. Close to Hay on Wye with all its books, cafes, castle and quirky shops but also perfect for walking the Blackdown hills and hidden ruins.Four beautiful bedrooms, 3 with en-suites but the fourth bedroom will have to share. We will definitely return if not only to sample the delicious cake left by our lovely hosts!
