Renovated in 2019, Belfield is a beautiful cottage in the heart of Herefordshire, perfect for families and couples who are looking for that home-from-home feel in the middle of the countryside. The cottage is perfectly situated, being only 5 miles from the popular town of Ledbury where there is a train station with links to Birmingham, London and Hereford as well as great restaurants and shopping opportunities. You will find a local shop and garage 3½ miles away at Newtown Cross, another at Fromes Hill, 4 miles. There are a couple of pubs in Bishops Frome, 3½ miles, and a dining pub in Staplow, 3½ miles in the other direction. A good golf course is situated just 5 miles from the cottage.
Belfield cottage has been furnished to a good standard, giving you a warm and comfortable feel throughout your stay. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living space full of character with exposed beams. Double doors lead out onto the patio area which gives onto a large lawn and distant woodland views. The ground floor also includes a family bathroom and a bedroom, which can be a double or a twin. Upstairs, you will find the second double bedroom, again with the option to make it a twin room. This bedroom includes an en-suite with a shower.

Absolutely lovely accommodation , can’t fault it Cozy and welcoming with all the lovely touches, including welcome treats and a home made lemon curd cake !Julie the owner lives next door but although grim and welcoming was also respectful of our space We had a wonderful experience and will certainly be booking again

We had a fabulous weekend at the Belfield. The cottage and garden is really beautiful. Julie and dogs are very welcoming and so friendly. All the goodies (bread, milk, homemade cake and more) were such a lovely touch. Also everything you need is there e.g. lovely toiletries etc., kitchen equipment, everything. To top it off we had glorious weather, although a bit too hot 😁. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Belfield. There are no shops nearby but you can easily get to Ledbury for supermarkets etc . Julie was fab so nice and helpful . The property was clean and you had everything you needed. It was so quiet and peaceful and the dogs are so cute Scrap and Dot we miss them . Highly recommended!
