Renovated in 2019, Belfield is a beautiful cottage in the heart of Herefordshire, perfect for families and couples who are looking for that home-from-home feel in the middle of the countryside. The cottage is perfectly situated, being only 5 miles from the popular town of Ledbury where there is a train station with links to Birmingham, London and Hereford as well as great restaurants and shopping opportunities. You will find a local shop and garage 3½ miles away at Newtown Cross, another at Fromes Hill, 4 miles. There are a couple of pubs in Bishops Frome, 3½ miles, and a dining pub in Staplow, 3½ miles in the other direction. A good golf course is situated just 5 miles from the cottage.
Belfield cottage has been furnished to a good standard, giving you a warm and comfortable feel throughout your stay. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living space full of character with exposed beams. Double doors lead out onto the patio area which gives onto a large lawn and distant woodland views. The ground floor also includes a family bathroom and a bedroom, which can be a double or a twin. Upstairs, you will find the second double bedroom, again with the option to make it a twin room. This bedroom includes an en-suite with a shower.

A fabulous property, equipped for all our needs with a very thoughtful, friendly host! Comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms, lovely countryside views and a well equipped kitchen. The arrival goodies were much appreciated as was the welcoming committee friendly dogs & chickens!The location of the property is remote no shop or pub within walking distance but plenty in the surrounding area. A peaceful wholesome weekend had by all and definitely to be recommended!

The cottage was very welcoming and Julie had left a welcome card and a vase of flowers along side a very welcome package. It was very clean with good quality bedding and everything you required if you wanted to cook a meal. The location was excellent and a great place for touring around Herefordshire. Dot and Scrap were very welcoming and well behaved. Tulip and others made you feel like you were in the countrysideJulie is an excellent host being very warm and friendly

Belfield is a lovely place, it has everything you need in the accommodation, it is set in a nice quiet location but it has easy access to all the surrounding places and countryside that you would want to explore. If we were to visit this area again I would certainly book Belfield again for our well equipped and comfortable accommodation. Everything was there that we needed.
