This property is set in Herefordshire, which is a real hidden gem, surrounded by fantastic counties such as Shropshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Monmouthshire, and Powys. The property is 6 miles from the town of Leominster and 8 miles from the city of Hereford. There are numerous good local country pubs and restaurants within 5 miles and an array of bars, shops, and restaurants to enjoy in the town. Within the city of Hereford at Hereford Cathedral it is the location for the famous Mappa Mundi and chained library. Local attractions are plentiful and include the Black and White Village Trail, the local ruins of a motte-and-bailey castle, the historic National Trust Berrington Hall, Croft Castle and Brockhampton Estate. This property is adjacent to Queenswood Country Park and Arboretum, which is sure to be popular with younger visitors as it is home to the Gruffalo trail, as is the activity centre at Oaker Wood Leisure and the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre. A comfortable and clean accommodation situated above garage on the owners property. Comfortable bed and sitting room furniture with a well equipped kitchen be it a little small. We enjoyed our stay in a lovely area and some great gardens Hergest croft and brobury two if the best visited.

A lovely place. Really enjoyed my stay. Rural, but within a few miles of Leominster. Great for exploring Wales and the Marches, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Shropshire.

We were welcomed by a very pleasant lady, Jenny the owner. Who explained all we needed to know about the Studio.The accommodation was very modern and tastefully decorated. It contained everything needed for our stay. The location was very tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. The Studio is located in the owners extensive garden which we had total access to.
