The old market town of Ludlow is nestled on the River Teme, amidst the outstanding countryside of the Welsh Marches. The town is home to a fascinating display of architecture, with its 900-year-old castle, one of the first to be built in England, along with more than 500 listed buildings. The castle is open all year round and hosts a range of events, including outdoor theatre, food, art and literature festivals. Millenium Green sits below the castle and offers a large riverside green and weir, plus excellent indoor and outdoor dining facilities via the Green Café, located right on the riverside.
