Private parking for 1 car. Pets to be kept on a lead at all times. No smoking.. This detached holiday property is set in the Teme Valley, amongst stunning countryside on the Wales/Shropshire border. The area is a walker’s haven as it is close to Offa’s Dyke, Glyndwr’s Way, the Mortimer Trail and the Shropshire Hills, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The owners have devised a number of local walks that can be achieved from the front door. Knighton, 3 miles, offers independent shops, pubs, restaurants and the Offa’s Dyke Centre. Castles in the area include Ludlow, Powys and Clun. Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells, the Royal Welsh Showground, and the market towns of Newtown and Welshpool are within easy reach. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub ½ mile.

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic rural location. The cottage was well equipped with all we needed for an enjoyable holiday.

The Garden Cottage was very comfortable,and clean. It was well equipped and we had a lovely relaxing 4 days staying there. The only down side was it was not within walking distance to any pubs or restaurants. But the surrounding walks and views were fantastic.

Wonderful stay at Garden Lodge, would thoroughly recommend especially if you’re planning a walking holiday. There’s a gorgeous garden that backs on to a stream which is so relaxing. There’s lodge has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Thank you Phil and Rebecca
