Could be improved with a “Welcome Pack” and a table or standard lamp in the sitting room.

A spacious, comfortable cottage on a Grade 2 listed farm, parts of which date back to the 1660s. Some original features, ie beams, meat hooks, doors etc. Very friendly and helpful hosts, parking for two cars on site, together with outdoor seating and country views. South facing double bedroom room with king sized bed, twin bedroom, and large bathroom with shower over bath upstairs: large well equipped kitchen diner with additional easy seating (with pull out bed suitable for teenager, say) and large south facing lounge with TV, wood burning stove etc on ground floor. Country walks along footpaths and country lanes from the door, the church at Middleton on the Hill worth a walk to, lots of birds, farm animals etc. As the cottage is set in the countryside mobile reception a bit doubtful but WiFi generally OK. Ludlow, Leominster and Tenbury Wells, with all their attractions and amenities, less than 15 mins. drive away. For those who want a peaceful, "farm stay" holiday, away from City life, we highly recommend Ford Farm Cottage

highly recommended property. Unspoilt rural location, "miles from anywhere". Good clean property with appliances working.Very old fashioned , exposed genuine wooden beams. Decoration also old fashioned which might not suit everyone's taste. Super location to explore Shropshire Black and white villages. Helpful host living close by.
