The cottage is within easy reach of Church Stretton at the foot of the Long Mynd, Shrewsbury, Leominster, the World Heritage Site at Ironbridge, the Severn Valley Railway, Stokesay Castle and the Roman city of Wroxeter. A great location for families who enjoy walking, cycling and exploring with many attractions nearby.
Paramount Cottage is semi-detached to the owner’s property, boasting an open plan living/kitchen with a breakfast area. The living area has comfortable seating, a smart TV and a multi fuel burner. The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and on the first floor is a double bedroom. Outside is an enclosed decked area with garden furniture for alfresco dining. If you are looking for a place to get away from everyday living, somewhere to relax and enjoy the peace & quiet, then would recommend this cottage. We spent 3 nights with our dog here and had an amazing time. The location is rural but within reach of the South Shropshire towns. We would recommend highly.

Although the weather wasn’t great for the 3 weeks we had a relaxing and stress free stay with plenty of walks. Our 2 dogs felt just at home in your cosy hideaway. We really enjoyed a few days in this cosy, clean holiday home with wood burning stove and a comfortable bed. Ideal if you have a dog as you can walk out the door and up Clee Hill with the most amazing views. Take what you need as the nearest shop is a few miles away. Mick and Marg are very friendly and welcoming.
