This stunning, black and white, half timbered cottage is attached to the owners’ farmhouse in the pretty village of Caynham, just three miles from Ludlow, in beautiful south Shropshire countryside. We loved the selection of children's books, and were very grateful for the cake and milk provided for our arrival. We also enjoyed watching the birds on the feeders outside. The cottage is in a great location. We're not very used to "countryside driving" but the drive through Caynham to/from the main roads wasn't too difficult so we had the benefit of a countryside holiday without being worried about leaving the cottage!

We enjoyed its tranquility and watching the local wildlife. The afternoon tea was a lovely surprise after our journey. Tourist attractions were within a close radius, and from Clee Hill the views were stunning.
