The national cycle route 81 is close by, and within a five-minute drive lies Nesscliffe Hills and the Cliffe Countryside Heritage Site. Home to a 70-hectare area of mixed woodland and heathland to explore; that’s about the size of 140 football pitches! There is a wealth of historical features and wildlife on the site and an extensive network of paths to explore. Ten miles away is Shrewsbury, full of finds to be discovered by foot or by boat, the café culture, farmer’s market, the castle and the churches that dominate Shrewsbury’s famous skyline are a must see. We absolutely love these barns. Have now stayed in both and would highly recommend either, you will not want for anything. They are so well equipped with everything you require in the kitchen WiFi, TV in all rooms, plenty of provisions in the bathrooms, wonderful hot tubs and a lovely welcome parcel including an absolutely gorgeous home made victoria sponge.

As we both are in our late 70's the barn is not appropriate for moving around especially up stairs and the entrance.I would like to see some handrails on the steps outside.The welcome pack was a nice touch.Overall a nice barn but not for us.
