There are many castles and beautiful gardens close by. This is a great base to stay, with Ludlow, Church Stretton, and Shrewsbury all around 45 mins drive as well as the Welsh Boarders and Powys. Sit on the raised private balcony and enjoy the specular sun rise whilst listening to the birds.
