I so wanted to give this 5 stars but a few little things brought it down.We booked a Badger+ and upon entry it was a WOW, its massive spacious and looked amazing, bathrooms and bedrooms looked fantastic, unfortunately the kitchen needed a lot of love, the fridgefreezer needs replacing and the units were delaminating. The accommodaton was not dog friendly but more dogs allowed as our dogs could not really wander on the verander as it was not secure, a few tweaks and a gate would be awsome. Hot tub was spotless and crystal clear.The park was very secure and the staff amazing and friendly, the walk upto the top of the quarry was enjoyable( for me anyway) its a 15 to 20 min drive to Alton Towers so a big bonus. Loads of local places to go and a few miles from local shops and takeaways also deliver so cooking is optional.All in all a great little break, and will definately be back.

Lovely weekend away, cabin was spotles and very homely, if a bit warm at times . Hot tub is clean and easy to use and everyone there was very friendly.

Very poor quality lodge - tatty, cracked tiles, broken fridge, heating which you can’t control so it’s either too hot or too cold, windows which don’t shut properly, mouldy damp window frames - totally misadvertised as a luxurious and contemporary lodge. Worst hoseasons accommodation we have stayed in.
