A short stroll will bring you to the amenities of Forsbrook, dine out for an evening or two to take a night off from the kitchen at one of the several pubs serving lovely classic dishes, start the day with breakfast or brunch at one of the cafes before heading further afield. Just under 10-miles away is the fantastic and thrilling Alton Towers so if you and your loved ones enjoy some breath-taking excitement then you can spend the day flying through the air on the many roller-coasters and rides that lie not far away. For a less adrenaline-filled day, in the opposite direction is Trentham Gardens, a 725-acre estate to explore including within it a Monkey Forest with monkeys living in total freedom, you can walk along the woodland trails and observe their everyday antics for yourself! The garden centre and shopping village make for lovely browsing with cafes and restaurants too so you can stop for a bite to eat, or for those who still want more active fun, then try out their Treetop Adventures with over 28 exciting treetop obstacles, maybe you’ll get some tips from the monkeys beforehand!
