Flat 4 sits at ground level in the heart of Evesham, Worcestershire, offering a well-placed hideaway for couples keen to enjoy market-town life, riverside walks, and classic Midlands scenery. With shops, cafés, and traditional pubs close at hand, this thoughtfully arranged apartment allows you to settle straight into your surroundings without needing to venture far. The open-plan living space has been designed to make everyday living feel easy and intuitive. The kitchen blends neatly into the room, giving you space to prepare meals at your own pace before sitting down together at the dining table for two. Evenings naturally drift towards the sofa, where a Smart TV provides effortless entertainment after a day spent exploring the town or countryside.
The ground floor also features a modern shower room, finished with clean lines and contemporary fittings. A staircase leads to the upper level, where a well-presented double bedroom offers a peaceful place to rest. Set apart from the living area, it creates a clear sense of separation between daytime living and night-time retreat, making the space feel considered and well-balanced. Outside, a private front courtyard garden adds a welcome outdoor element, planted with shrubs and furnished for quiet moments with a morning coffee or a glass of wine later in the day. The apartment is dog-friendly, so your four-legged companion can join you on local walks, and two off-road parking spaces add convenience throughout your stay.
Evesham is rich in character, known for its riverside setting along the Avon and its long-standing market heritage. From here it is easy to explore the Cotswolds starting at Broadway a 12 minute drive and the surrounding Worcestershire countryside and beyond. Stratford-upon-Avon offers a deep dive into literary history with Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, and performances at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The bus terminals and train station are a few minutes walk, with a train line to London and buses to Cheltenham which is ideal for Cheltenham races. The Cotswolds beckon from nearby Moreton-in-Marsh, where traditional markets, Batsford Arboretum, and the Cotswold Falconry Centre await.
Worcester provides a striking contrast, home to its magnificent cathedral, The Commandery, and scenic paths along the River Severn. Flat 4 makes an excellent base for discovering the best of Worcestershire.
The pretty market town of Evesham lies within the Vale of Evesham, in a horseshoe of the River Avon, within driving distance of Worcester, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. Evesham and the surrounding area is famous for its market gardening and the town has an array of individual shops, tea rooms, craft and antique shops, many traditional pubs, an Art Deco cinema and thriving arts centre. Steeped in history and mentioned in the Domesday Book, Evesham has a number of beautiful black and white timbered buildings, namely the 15th century merchants house in the Market Square, and the remains of Evesham Abbey are believed to date back to the 8th century. The area offers many lovely walks with Shakespeare’s Avon Way, Wychavon Way and The Heart of England Way all close by. Evesham Country Park is well worth a visit with an extensive garden centre, well-stocked farm shop, courtyard shops and restaurant, as well as a 130-acre estate criss-crossed with walks, or take a stroll up Bredon Hill home to an Iron Age Fort, Roman ramparts and numerous old standing stones all within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The nearby spa town of Malvern dates back to the Bronze Age, attracting plenty of visitors with its antique and craft fairs and auctions throughout the year, and the ancient cathedral city of Worcester, birthplace of Sir Edward Elgar is also close by. The bus terminals and train station are a few minutes walk, with a train line to London and buses to Cheltenham which is ideal for Cheltenham races.
