Kinneret Apartment is a newly refurbished first floor apartment with magnificent views across Silsden and the Yorkshire countryside. Newly built in 2021, this gorgeous apartment has an open plan living area with a stylish electric fire to cosy up next to on chillier nights and bi-folding doors leading out on to the private balcony which is the perfect spot for soaking up some sun with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well-equipped including a Quooker boiling water tap, dishwasher, and washer/dryer plus a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer through the window. There is a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room as well as a twin bedroom and family bathroom making this the ideal retreat for couples, families, and friends.
Situated on a quiet, residential lane at the top of Silsden, Kinneret Apartment is a brilliant base to explore everything this amazing area has to offer. There is an array of wonderful walks from your doorstep with routes taking you across the Aire Valley, Skipton Moor and along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. The winding country lanes and undulating hills are the reason the area is a mecca for cyclists with the Yorkshire Tour De France route running locally. There are lots of amenities close to the property with the local supermarket just a 5-minute walk away as well as the centre of Silsden which has a parade of shops, eateries and local pubs. Venture out a little further to the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Dales with some of the most spectacular walking and cycling routes in the country and many good country pubs. Skipton is 7 miles away and has a great selections of shops and cafés, alongside delightful bars and restaurants dotted along cobbled streets with Skipton Castle standing proud at the top of the town. The picturesque village of Addingham is just 4 miles away, while away your afternoon as you meander the little high street dotted with independent boutiques, pavement cafés and friendly pubs. Bolton Abbey is 7 miles away and is another great day out, immerse yourself in the history of the magnificent Priory ruins before enjoying walks through wild woodland, along the river and over the moors with some of the most breath-taking views. Lovely annex, 2 bed, apartment with mod cons and a lovely view. Wonderfully appointed apartment ideal for our family trip. All mod cons and beautifully presented. Really clean and a lovely base for a few days away in the local area. The most minor thing. Nowhere to hang wet coats; felt very guilty bringing them into the apartment even though whisked straight to the bathroom.
