A tasteful house located in the heart of Bridlington, only a short stroll away from the beach and bustling town centre. Perfect for the whole family, this Edwardian Villa is renovated to a high standard with period features and a spacious interior, which sets itself out over three floors. The entrance hall continues to a beautiful lounge, complete with sumptuous sofas for those relaxing nights in, and a bay window centres the room. As you enjoy some relaxation here, the children can make the most of the snug, home to a green L-shaped sofa and a breakfast table, should you wish to come together for daytime refreshments.
More quality time can be spent in the dining room, a charming place to return to after a fun-filled afternoon in the coastal resort. With seating for twelve people, you can all try your hand at some baking in the country themed kitchen, before settling down in comfort and reflecting on those adventures. Choose from a whole collection of bedrooms for a peaceful night's sleep, you will discover a wide variety of styles ranging from en-suite doubles, to twins and two singles. There is somewhere for all the family to unwind, and two beautiful bathrooms are well-appointed on the first and second floor, complete with a bath and an overhead shower.
Make the most of the interior, then wander outside to the courtyard, which will become your own little suntrap for a change of scenery, a nice spot to enjoy a refreshing drink. Venture to the wonderfully designed promenades providing everything from funfairs to places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach. Further afield lie the picturesque villages of the Yorkshire Wolds, the neighbouring resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Whitby and the heritage coastline. An excellent location to base your holiday.

Lots of space, very warm and comfy and super clean. 2 minutes to the beach and plenty of parking too. Really enjoyed our short break here.

Plenty of space for us to gather together for meals and games, and plenty of spaces for us to spread out for individual time. This was our first spell in the Bridlington area and we really liked the place, including the Old Town up by the Priory. Proper local shops were a delight to find, and the beaches gave us some lovely walks and amazing skies. Flamborough, Sewerby Hall, Rudston and Scarborough were easy and rewarding nearby visits. We found the house very comfortable and well equipped, including Christmas decoration. Everything worked as we needed and the big TV was there on the few occasions that we wanted it. Thank you to the owners and also to Susan who made the house ready for us.

We felt this was an excellent service. We have stayed here before & the addition of a larger TV made this an ideal place to stay for a family visit catering for ages 81 to 16, nothing is too far away. Thanks for another enjoyable stay.
