Good location.Milk and cake on arrival.Beds uncomfortablePlace could do with a good clean in places. Kitchen ok but stock in cupboard is out of date. Some even going back to 2017.Front room ok but didn't use.Conservatory is lovely and has the sun coming in. Seating outside.Toilet need sorting as no pressure and needed to flush twice most of the time. Bathroom cupboard had last occupants stuff left in.Double rooms bin still had last occupants stuff in.Single room headboard is broken only found out because the person in there hurt themselves on it.If your happy with the owner popping in to the home regularly when your out to water her flowers then thats good. I personally hated it as I feel like it invades our privacy. Replacing washing liquid and hand soap should be done on the Friday not midweek.

Less clutter in cupboard s etc , room needed for food etc. deep clean needed in some areas after dogs (hair) . Poor flushing toilet . Position good for Bridlington.

Spacious cottage which was very clean on arrival.. A real home from home feel. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Enclosed garden which is great for our dogs. Lovely welcome pack on arrival.. Dog friendly beach 10min walk. I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful property.
