Located in the centre of Bridlington, this house is a perfect base for exploring this Yorkshire seaside town as well as the surrounding East Riding. A hub for British holiday makers Bridlington is a beautiful town with a pre roman harbour which is steeped full of character and the home to a colony of seals. As you step through the front door into this beautiful and bright family coastal retreat, you find the first lounge which features a Smart TV and sinkable deep sofas, perfect for a cosy night in.

Through the double doors in to the second lounge, which is a cosy snug with a book self stacked full of great reads and board games as well as a second Smart TV. The kitchen/diner is to the back of the house and is well equipped for preparing delicious meals. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one super king size en suite shower room and one super king size (both rooms can be made into twins upon request). Completing the first floor is the family bathroom and a separate WC. Heading up to the second floor, you can find double bedroom and triple with three single beds.

Head out to the enclosed garden through the double doors in the kitchen. Take a lazy morning breakfast on the garden furniture in the suntrap garden. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 2 super king size zip and link, 1 double and 1 triple with 3 single beds. 2 bathrooms 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC and 1 en suite shower room with shower and WC. 1 separate WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. 2 Smart TVs. Travel cot and highchair available. Enclosed garden with furniture. A parking permit is provided for two cars for use for unallocated roadside parking.
