Guests say

Lindengarth in Bridlington is highly praised for its spacious, beautifully presented interiors and excellent location close to local amenities and attractions. Guests consistently mention the property’s cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and suitability for large family gatherings. The hot tub and enclosed garden are standout features, especially for families and dog owners. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a few guests noted issues with some mattresses and occasional hot tub maintenance. Overall, the property offers a welcoming and comfortable stay, making it a popular choice for group holidays and special occasions.

The majority of guests describe the property as spotlessly clean and well maintained, with only rare mentions of minor issues such as a cloudy hot tub or slippy shower trays.

The location is frequently highlighted as ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, and local attractions, making it convenient for families and groups.

Guests find the house spacious and comfortable, with many praising the beds and living areas. A few reviews mention that some mattresses could be improved, but this does not detract significantly from overall comfort.

Facilities such as the hot tub, kitchen equipment, and enclosed garden are highly valued. Occasional maintenance issues are noted, particularly with the hot tub and some appliances, but these are exceptions rather than the rule.

Several guests appreciated extra touches like towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics, though it should be noted that such gifts or welcome packs are not guaranteed for every stay.

Cottage is located just 25 minutes walk from Bridlington centre. Its 2 minutes walk to a pub and shop. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Only down side was the early 9.30am check out time. Would have liked a slightly later time to enjoy breakfast before leaving.

Really nice property, spacious, fully enclosed garden for the dogs. Probably the only holiday property where we haven't received a welcome pack which is always a nice touch. Not as rural as we would have liked but you don't know until you go. The beach is in walking distance, but dogs can only go one end and sadly the town is a bit run down. There are some nice walks that you can drive too
