Just returned after a weeks stay.The lodge itself was very nice and spotless..I would say if there are 4 adults you may find sharing the 2nd bedroom a struggle as we did... The room is tiny for 2 adults and personally I would say more suited to children.Saying that on our departure day my Partner seemed to think the sofa was a sofa bed in the lounge area .. if we had noticed that we wouldn't have attempted to have slept in the 2nd bedroom.The Lodge is set back from a main road but we didn't find that a problem.WiFi is good but TV reception not brilliant.All in all a good break away but the weather could have been kinder.

Great relaxing holiday was going to book again but putting it on hold.They have new cleaners on site and not happy with them cutting through your property gardens wen they are road/paths to walk round,no privacy never seen the other people who looked after properties do this.

The lodge itself we could not fault , however the noise from the road at times was rather intrusive ( I appreciate nothing really can be done about that.) When we were there their was a few chavtastic people who liked making noise including fowl language. The site itself is lovely and clean and the wildlife is brilliant. Sadly for myself being sensitive to noise it was a real issue (Autism) when it rains the decking becomes slippy my support dog slipped on the 4 steps and cut his leg. so we left to return home 7 days early.
