We just love this lodge park with on-site golf course, driving range and bar and the private hot tub overlooks a very pretty pond. 3 steps to entrance.

Welcome to Pond’s View, a beautifully presented lodge nestled in the popular Bridlington Links Park in Sewerby, along the stunning East Yorkshire coastline. This charming retreat offers comfortable accommodation for four guests, complete with a private hot tub and lovely views across a very pretty pond.
Step inside to find an open plan living space adorned in soothing hues of blue. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm and then enjoy your creations at the dining table set to one side. Relax on the two comfortable sofas by the electric fire while watching the Smart TV, which comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Disney+. French doors lead to an enclosed decking area with a hot tub, additional seating, and scenic park views. The lodge features a cosy twin bedroom with a Smart TV and a house bathroom with a bath with shower overhead. The master bedroom offers a kingsize bed, en suite shower room, and another Smart TV.
Bridlington Links is a haven for wildlife including rare great crested newts that have made the pond their home and deer that roam freely around the park. Guests can enjoy the bar and restaurant at the nearby golf clubhouse. A 15-minute walk takes you to the beach, with private gated access to Sewerby Hall and the gardens next door. There’s a bus stop directly outside the park for easy access to Bridlington. This area offers a choice of beaches and Danes Dyke Nature Reserve is just along the road. Nature enthusiasts will love rspb Bempton Cliffs and the Flamborough Heritage coastline. Bring your golf clubs as there’s a few golf courses to choose from locally!
Historic towns of York and Beverley are under an hour away, as are the Yorkshire Wolds perfect for walking and cycling. Bridlington offers an indoor leisure centre, live events at Bridlington Spa, a working harbour, and an array of tea rooms, restaurants, bars, and fish and chip shops. The lodge was lovely and clean and in a lovely position, it had everything you need for a relaxing break. The only downfall was the owners lived straight opposite and we felt we were being watched.

Ponds View is a lovely lodge , it is clean and for us there was no evidence of previous dogs was an absolute bonus . The hot tub is a lovely temperature and situated on the comfortable terrace area overlooking the pond which was very peaceful. Would have quite liked another privacy panel by the hot tub for further privacy as people walking dogs just wander past the front of the terrace and the owners living opposite makes it a little less private .There are limited amenities on site . There is a farm shop which serves the golfers and a club house which doesn’t appear to serve food into the evening , so we recommend doing an online shop to start you off . Inside the lodge it is quite small but was very clean and the owners obviously take pride in the detail. Having smart TVs and a well equipped kitchen. Our only negative is which may not be a problem for everyone is the size of the main bedroom which is very small and made smaller with in our view too much furniture. This made it feel claustrophobic to move around the room coupled with the very bouncy mattress on the bed which takes some getting used to . Overall it is a nice place to holiday and see the area, in a lodge that is well maintained and cared for its owners .

Lovely accommodation, very clean and everything you could require. Nice and quiet. Only comment, would be owners live opposite side of pond and it feels slightly intimidating being overlooked.
