Two sumptuous sofas surround the TV and electric fire, creating a cosy space to relax. The fully integrated kitchen is well equipped and ideal for preparing meals, with a dining area for indoor dining or the option to eat outside on the decking to soak up the sunshine. Rock on Tommy has two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master king bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a cubicle shower, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring. The second bedroom features slim twin beds, making it perfect for family or friends. A separate family shower room completes the lodge, ensuring everyone has plenty of space and privacy.
Bridlington Links is not just about the stunning views—it also offers an 18-hole golf course and driving range, perfect for both experienced golfers and beginners. After a day on the green, you can unwind at the on-site bar and restaurant or work out in the gym. A short stroll brings you to the local pub, where live music and good food can be enjoyed. Having visited Rock on Tommy several times before we can see subtle differences in what the comforts the lodge provides. For example there used to be extra loo rolls but now only one per toilet. Which for a weeks’ holiday isn’t really sufficient. Luckily I always take extra with us just in case. Pot towels used to be provided but this time there weren’t any. Luckily I take my own just in case. There weren’t as many cushions on the sofa, as they now seem to be stored in the wardrobe without any covers on them. The quilts on the beds have definitely seen better days as have the pillows. They really need replacing. A vacuum cleaner would be handy to have in the lodge. Other than those petty gripes Rock on Tommy is a wonderful place to stay and we had a fabulous time.
